The Brief: Ray Ban was looking to bolster their presence at the annual Vision Expo West conference. To do this they were looking for an innovative way to get the attendees engaged with their new Blaze collection. Our solution was to gamify their experience.
The Solution: We developed a gaming experience whereby people would register at the interactive Kiosk allowing for a data capture opportunity. During this fast process, users were also invited to choose their favorite Ray Ban Blaze collection glasses and virtually try them on using Augmented Reality filters. Once they completed the check in process, they were invited to the gameplay area which featured their picture (taken moments ago) adorning the projection mapped wall. They could then take the provided kickballs and toss them onto the projection mapped surface in an effort to see how many Ray Ban Blaze glasses they could put onto the virtual face as possible. High scores were captured and daily prizes were awarded to the top contenders.
